The SafeEats™ name, logo, original software, UI design, and all written content are the intellectual property of the SafeEats™ creator. Copyright protection is automatic under U.S. law (17 U.S.C. § 102) — no registration is required for copyright to vest. The "™" symbol indicates a common-law trademark claim asserted through use in commerce — no federal registration is required to assert brand rights. Government data displayed on the Service remains the property of the respective issuing agencies and is presented under fair use for informational purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service's compiled data, source code, or original content for commercial purposes without written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to access backend APIs without authentication or bypass security controls.
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, or republish inspection data from the Service.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
