Every jurisdiction below has independently decided that food safety is a public right to know — not a government secret. SafeEats™ unifies the ones with accessible data into a single, normalized system. Every jurisdiction grades differently — penalty points in LA, letter grades in NYC, star ratings in London, pass/fail in Chicago. SafeEats™ normalizes all of them to a universal 0–100 scale and A–F grade. Apples to apples, wherever we have data. For jurisdictions with no accessible data, we link to the official portal — but we don't claim that as coverage.

SFA's SAFE grading system (A/B/C/D) launched January 2026. Grades are publicly searchable on sfa.gov.sg but no per-establishment API is published on data.gov.sg. SafeEats™ uses AI to read official SFA sources.
